Free Guided Tour in Poreč on Sunday, January 15

The Tourist Guide Association in Pula organizes free guided tours for citizens in Pula, Poreč and Umag this Sunday, January 15.

The meeting place with the guide in Poreč, who will guide in Croatian, will be in front of the Church of Our Lady of the Angels on the main square (Trg slobode). The start of sightseeing in all cities is scheduled at noon, and the city tour will last around two hours.

The project was launched in 2018 by the Croatian Tourist Guide Association as a coordinated action in 60 cities throughout Croatia on the International Day of Recognition of Croatia, and as such has become a traditional way of marking that important date. In this way, tourism workers want to point out the importance of their contribution to Croatia’s international reputation, as well as the importance of tradition and cultural heritage in expressing identity.
