Kadumi Will Get a Community Center

At the end of the year, the development of the plot in the center of Kadumi, on which a community center will be built, began. It is an investment by the City of Poreč in agreement with the Local Board of Žbandaj and the locals.

The planned building of the community center will consist of an entrance hall, a hall, toilets and a covered terrace. The gross construction area of the planned building is 66.39 m2. Upon completion of the work on the center, a new children’s playground with new playground equipment and urban equipment is planned. Additionally, six parking spaces will be arranged.

The works are performed by the company ROG d.o.o. from Darda. Professional supervision of the execution is carried out by the company Solid plus d.o.o. from Poreč, and the planned completion date is the beginning of summer 2023.

Upon completion of construction, the center will be managed by the Žbandaj Local Board, and it is being built in order to provide residents with a location for social events and get-togethers, as well as public gatherings and presentations.
