The Second Edition of Wines of Poreč Moves to Park Olge Ban
The second edition of the Wines of Poreč (Vina Poreča) event, organized by the Agro Poreč association with the support of the City of Poreč, will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday, June 25 and 26, 2024. This popular wine event is moving to a new, attractive location – Park Olge Ban, where visitors will have the opportunity to taste premium wines from Poreč winemakers while enjoying the beautiful view of Peškera Bay and spectacular sunsets.
What to Expect at Vina Poreča 2024
Following the success of last year’s inaugural event, this year’s edition promises an even richer program and a greater selection of wines. The goal of this event is to showcase the high quality of Poreč wines to both local residents and tourists visiting Poreč.
Visitors will have the chance to taste wines from six renowned wineries in the Poreč area:
- Brčić
- Damjanić
- DeValentinis
- Kadum
- Ritoša
- Terzolo
The event has a sales component, with wines served in special glasses featuring the “Vina Poreča” logo. The price of a glass is 3 euros, while a wine token costs 2 euros.
The event will run from 6 PM to 11 PM on both days, providing ample time to relax and enjoy the premium wines. Visitors will also have the opportunity to talk with winemakers and learn more about the wine production processes, as well as the history and tradition of winemaking in Poreč.
