ECityBus Poreč Launches New Website with Route Details

Poreč’s environmentally friendly public transport service, ECityBus Poreč, has launched a new website: ecitybus.hr. Still in beta, the platform provides detailed information about routes, schedules, and future plans for mobile apps and multilingual support.

Two Lines, One Green Goal

ECityBus Poreč currently operates two main lines:

• Line 1 connects the main bus terminal with suburbs including Antonci, Nova Vas, Kukci, and Špadići.

• Line 2 reaches Červar Porat, Veli Maj, and Mali Maj via Stancija Vodopija.

A single bus alternates between the two routes. The schedule adjusts based on the season:

• Winter: 6 AM to 8.15 PM

• Summer: 6 AM to 11.15 PM

Fares remain budget-friendly:

• Day ticket: €1.32 (valid on both lines)

• Monthly pass: €13.20

Accessible, Multimodal, and Community-Oriented

The ECityBus features a low-floor design and mechanical ramp, ensuring easy access for passengers with disabilities. It also includes bike racks, promoting a sustainable, multimodal travel experience.

Expansion Plans on the Horizon

The City of Poreč aims to expand the ECityBus network with a second electric bus. This would allow service to Varvari, Žbandaj, and Baderna, extending eco-friendly transit to more communities.
