Upcoming Week in Poreč to Feature Concerts and Silk Dance

In the exciting lineup of events for Poreč Summer (Porečko ljeto), a series of captivating performances are set to enthrall the audience in the coming week. From the mesmerizing aerial dance to the enchanting melodies of renowned artists, locals and tourists alike are in for a treat.

Kicking off the week’s festivities on Monday, July 3rd, at 9:00 PM, Olga Ban Park will host the program “Magic Is in the Air,” featuring a breathtaking silk dance performance by the talented dancers from the Urban Subculture Base – USB Poreč, a youth association. This visually stunning show will showcase the dancers’ flexibility, impressive acrobatic skills in the air, accompanied by a magical musical backdrop, elaborate costumes, and captivating stage lighting effects.

On Tuesday, July 4th, at 9:00 PM, the main square (Trg slobode) will come alive with the soulful harmonies of Tomislav Bralić and Klapa Intrade, one of the most renowned vocal groups in Croatia. Over the past few years, they have graced various popular music festivals, earning accolades and recognition for their unique interpretation of Dalmatian songs. Tomislav Bralić and Klapa Intrade have become synonymous with klapa singing and are esteemed ambassadors of Croatian music culture. Their performances are known for the emotional connection they establish with the audience, making each concert a memorable experience. The crowd will be treated to an array of their hits, including “Kada jednom odem,” “Ostajem tu,” “Zora bila,” “Zašto uvik pivan,” “Cviće,” “Croatio, iz duše te ljubim,” “Samo more nosim ja u duši,” “Ne znam što me tebi vuče,” and many more.

Wrapping up the week’s events on Saturday, July 8th, at 10:00 AM, the lively group Baredinosauri will take the stage to entertain a diverse audience, including both locals and visitors. This energetic performance promises to be a morning filled with joy, as the talented group delights the crowd with their catchy tunes and contagious enthusiasm.
